Several annual regattas are held. In May, our annual Memorial Day Regatta (registration and NOR here) brings racers from all over the northwest from several classes. June’s highlight is the “live on the Edge Multi‐hull Regatta (9th and 10th). July features the “One Design Invitation Regatta” (21st and 22nd) and
The Eugene Yacht Club Community includes the adjoining small towns of Veneta, Elmira, and Junction City, and is set in a rural atmosphere. Yet, only 15 miles away lies Eugene, one of the destination tourist venues in the Northwest.
Eugene Yacht Club is a volunteer organization and our membership "keeps the boat floatin'". In this section you'll find the name of the member you need to contact if you have questions, needs or concerns.
Racing
EYC offers sailboat racing opportunities for members and guests. Tuesdays are casual “beer can” races. Wednesdays are dinghy races with short lines and lots of starts. Thursdays are dedicated to our Thursday Multi-fleet racing series organized by EYC and Triton Yacht Club. Regattas include both EYC’s annual regattas and fleet or class events.
